“I would like to give a charming appreciation to the times from the beginning of the 17th century to the 1960s, making each stay a memorable experience” says Samara Gosson. She describes how the suites were designed with huge panoramic windows, from where guests can find some meaning in existence and an enchanting beauty, seeing the spectacle of the blue sea of Ponta Negra, and Morro do Careca at their feet. To complete this travel experience, Samara designed a classic French-style restaurant, La Brasserie de La Mer, with a menu created by renowned French Chef Erick Jacquin.
